About Calvert County Housing Authority

Housing Choice Voucher Program
The Housing Authority of Calvert County (HACC) administers 346 federal Housing Choice Vouchers providing housing subsidies for households in privately owned residences. Eligible households pay 30 percent of their monthly income for rent with balance of rent being paid by a federal subsidy. Household incomes average $15,990 per year.

Public Family Housing
HACC owns and maintains 72 site-detached single-family dwellings. Residents are required to pay 30 percent of their monthly income for rent. Household incomes average $15,028 per year.

Housing for Seniors and the Disabled
HACC owns and/or manages housing for the elderly and disabled in the following communities:
Calvert Pines I Apartments, Prince Frederick - 52 units
Calvert Pines II Apartments, Prince Frederick - 48 units
Southern Pines Apartments, Lusby - 76 units
Town Center Apartments, North Beach - 49 units
